Careers

Join our team.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or ready to launch your career in clinical research, ALSA Research wants to hear from you.

Why ALSA

Why people build careers here.

01

Work that matters

Clinical research is one of the most rigorous and demanding fields — and we embrace that challenge because the rewards are profound. The medicines you help study today become the standard treatments of tomorrow.

02

We invest in you

Training, mentorship, and resources for professional advancement. Many of our coordinators grew into their roles here — and our leads grew from coordinators.

03

A reputation built on people

Our commitment to service, quality, and integrity is what sponsors and patients know us for — and our reputation rests on the strength of our people.

Roles

Who we hire.

Investigators (PIs & Sub-Is)

Board-certified physicians who lead studies as Principal Investigators or support them as Sub-Investigators — providing medical oversight, eligibility decisions, and participant safety.

Clinical Research Coordinators

The heart of every study — running visits, capturing source data, and being the patient’s point of contact from consent to closeout.

Nursing

RNs and LPNs who handle clinical procedures, investigational product administration, and patient safety at every visit.

Regulatory

Keeping every study inspection-ready — submissions, eRegulatory maintenance, and sponsor documentation across all three sites.

Recruitment & Administrative

Recruiters, front desk, and operations staff who keep enrollment moving and the sites running smoothly.
